Family Class: Pysanky Egg Decorating

Join us for a special family class during February break and try out a new (and old) form of decorating eggs! Ukrainian pysanky master artist Paul Luniw will instruct families in pysanky, the traditional Ukrainian decorative art of creating intricately designed eggs. Children and adults will design and decorate their own egg to take home.

Come celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday and NEA’s Read Across America Day at the CMCH! Families are invited to join us for a reading of the Dr. Seuss classic Green Eggs and Ham at 10:15, 11:15, or 12:15, where we’ll learn that weird things can surprise us if we give them a try. In the spirit of Sam-I-Am, kids can create wacky colorful “food” of the future.
