Spring Break ART-ifact Discovery: Super Stencils

Planning your spring break activities? Come visit us at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History and check out our ART-ifacts. We’ll take a close look at historic objects in the museum, focusing on a different material each day to guide you through the exhibits and hands-on activities. Kids can also make their own ART-ifact to take home.

On Wednesday, learn about the stenciled designs found in the chairs, chests, and other wood ART-ifacts in the Making Connecticut exhibit. Use these designs or invent your own design and stencil a box to take home.
