Family Adventure Days: Remake, Reuse, Recycle

Being green isn’t a new idea! Long ago, kids and families reused and “recycled” materials every day, sometimes in surprising ways. Make a plastic basket or braided rug out of recycled materials, and use  your detective skills to figure out what different historic artifacts were made from.

Family Adventure Days are a great way to escape the summer heat and explore the museum with your family. Drop in during the morning or afternoon for fun activities, crafts, and more.
