Speak Up’s Matthew and Elysha Dicks will be celebrating 50 episodes and their first full year of podcasting by recording their first ever live episode of Speak Up Storytelling, their weekly podcast on the art and craft of storytelling.
Elysha and Matt will be joined by four storytellers, who will tell their stories live and receive an instant critique. The show will also feature their regular “Homework for Life” segment, questions and answers from the audience, giveaways, and much more.
Admission is just $5, and all of the proceeds will go directly to the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History. Wine, soft drinks and snacks will be served. Tickets available at the door.
DOORS OPEN AT 7:00 pm. Show starts at 7:30 pm. Galleries open before the show.
Join us for a fun night of stories, laughter, and even a little bit of learning, too.
