Curl up with some cocoa at the CMCH during winter break! Join us for an afternoon of crafts, hot cocoa, and a reading of a book by a Connecticut children’s author.
Join us on Friday when we’ll explore Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. Wild child Max is sent to bed without supper for causing mischief. That night, he sails to a faraway island and discovers the land of the wild things. After the story, make your own “wild things” mask and join us for a wild rumpus.
This program is great for children ages 5-8 and their families. Free with general admission. Reservations requested, please call (860) 236-5621 x222 or email corinne_swanson@chs.org.
